    Yes.  We want you to come try out Studio10. Check in with our staff to find out what special promotion we are running for new members and special corporate rates.

  • Do you supply water and towels?

    Yes. We have bottled water for purchase as well as filtered water to refill your own water bottle. We provide towels.

  • Where do I put my stuff? Do you have a locker room or showers?

    We have storage for personal items and charging stations for your phones. We have large bathrooms for changing. Our facilities are not equipped with showers.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear a good walking or running shoe and comfortable workout wear.

  • Do you have food to purchase?

    We have a variety of healthy home made snacks, waters, smoothies and unique items to help hydrate and nourish your body after your workout.

  • How do I book, cancel or change a class?

    It is the easiest way to change, cancel, or book a class. You can also go online or give us a call (323) 515-9667 and we will happily do it for you.  Please call in advance if you have a confirmed reservation and are running late for class so that we can make sure to  save your spot.


  • What's the studio like?

    Our Studio is bright and spacious with high ceilings and tons of natural light. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness. The weights, mats, floor, bands, benches, and bathrooms are cleaned after every class.

  • Do I have to buy a membership?

    No. You can purchase a single class, a class package or a monthly membership – it is flexible to suit your needs.

  • What's the difference between a membership and class pack?

    A class package is a specific number of classes that can be used for any class, anytime and do not expire. They are transferable and can be gifted.   A monthly membership is an unlimited number of classes to use for the duration of time. Memberships can not be shared or transferred.

  • How old do I have to be to come to Studio10?

    Anyone under 18-years old will need a signed parental consent form. Parent must be present to sign in the studio.

  • Why is your workout structured around 10 stations?

    We believe a workout should be effective, fun, and different every day so you never get bored. Ten stations are sequenced in an order that is well thought out. It will always include cardio segments, mixed with specific intervals of core, stability, and strength training. This allows for a diverse workout, designed to achieve the perfect balance of cardio and strength, while burning maximum calories in a minimal amount of time.

  • How early do I need to arrive?

    For your first class please try to arrive at the studio 15 minutes early so we can review our waiver and safety instructions with you. Once you are signed in, we will show you around and introduce you to your coach. If you are 17 or younger you’ll need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver in person.


  • What should I bring?

    Good walking or running shoes and comfortable workout wear are essential – everything else is available at the studio. We provide the towels, water bottles for purchase or purified water to refill your own, and healthy snacks to refuel. Show up and we will provide the inspiration, the awesome music, and a guarantee that you will leave wanting more.

  • What can I expect?

    You’ll receive our support and guidance every step of the way!  If you have injuries, movement concerns, or are looking for a more challenging experience, please let us know. Our experienced trainers can modify the workout to fit your needs. That’s why we hire the best in the business. Get the benefit of a personal trainer in a fun and high energy group setting.


  • What will I love?

    We think you’ll love how fast time flies when you’re in class and the sense of community you’ll feel from coaches, staff, and  your fellow workout partners.     There are many parking options: parking meters just behind Studio10, street parking, and 2 hour validated parking at the West Hollywood park (it’s a three-minute walk to the parking structure).
