GROUP FITNESS, REDEFINED.

A LOW IMPACT, CIRCUIT BASED, HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL WORKOUT THAT IS FUN, FAST, AND CHALLENGING.

 

Studio10 is an hour-long interval workout based around 10 rotating stations. From burpees, boxing bags, and bosus, to kettle bells, rowers, bikes, and resistance bands, Studio10 brings you an ever changing, fat burning, energizing workout. Each workout combines approximately 25 minutes of cardio conditioning with 25 minutes of strength training broken up into one-minute intervals.  Our experienced instructors are there to guide, support, and motivate as you push past your comfort zone and closer to your fitness goals.

Studio10 co-founders met in a wall sit inside a group fitness class and quickly realized that they were both life long athletes with backgrounds in swimming, water polo, rowing, marathon running, and triathalons. They both work out religiously with personal trainers and tried every fitness class from spinning to Pilates. They are busy professionals with 7 children between them and they work hard at carving out time for fitness. They wanted to workout hard, have fun, and avoid injury in an environment that was motivating and welcoming.

Armed with the latest in research, and the input of cutting edge fitness professionals, sports doctors, trainers, and therapists, the pair founded Studio10. A workout method where form, efficiency, injury prevention, accurate instruction, and consistency was as important as a welcoming atmosphere “where everybody knows your name.”

We provide concierge services and personalized attention — conveniences like gassing and washing your car allow you to make time for and focus on what’s important in your life: your fitness, your wellbeing, or whatever you need to do for you on that day. Personal attention is key to the Studio10 philosophy.
